About Our Products

Q: Are all your ceramics handmade?
Yes! Every single item is handcrafted by us in our London studio. Each piece is unique - expect subtle variations in colour, shape, and texture that make your item one of a kind.

Q: What materials do you use?
We work primarily with stoneware clay and food-safe glazes. Everything is fired at high temperatures to ensure durability and a beautiful finish.


Orders & Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
As all pieces are made in small batches, we aim to deliver in 5-7 working days for UK delivery and up to 2-3 weeks for international orders. Although this may vary based on demand, we will communicate any delays to you. Thank you for your understanding!


Custom & Bulk Orders

Q: Can I request a custom piece?
Yes - we love custom projects! Whether you’re after a special colour, size, or a set for an event, drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
We do. If you’re a shop, brand, or interior designer interested in stocking our work, get in touch for our wholesale catalogue.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my piece arrives damaged?
We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes - you can return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Custom orders are non-refundable.
